This was it. Its was finally over. Tears came to your eyes as you looked around the room. You had finally moved into your new home. But that wasn’t the part that made you tear up. It was the fact that you moved in with him. The love of your life. The wedding was over, the honeymoon was over, moving in was over, and now your life officially started together.
You stood in the living room surveying the area. The house was big but it was tiny. It was small comfortable. The room was dimly lit giving off a homey feeling. It made your heart swell with joy. You slowly walked over to the fire place and looked at the picture that was resting above it. It was a picture of you two with your friends during your wedding. Your face was in his hands and he was trying to kiss you but you pulled your face away from as far as you could jokingly. There was cake all over his lips and needless to say you didn’t want to get that on your cheek, even though that was his plan. At the time everyone thought you seriously did not want to The memory made you smile and giggle a little.
“What’s so funny” a voice said from behind you. Slightly started you looked over your shoulder to see him grinning at you with his hands on his hips.
“Who said you could laugh without.” He said while making his way over to you and wrapping his arms around you from behind.
“I was laughing at you, so technically you’re the one who said I could laugh without you.”
“Well I suppose that’s fine” he said with a chuckle resting his chin on your shoulder.
“I can’t believe we live here now” You said absentmindedly.
“Yea, I know. Whenever the reality of it all sets in I’m excited but on the other hand nervous.” You looked at him with a confused expression.
“Nervous? Why?”
“ The future kind scares me to be honest. I don’t know what’s in store for us. The only thing that helps is knowing that I won’t be facing the future alone. I’ll be with you forever and that comforts me”
“That’s really cheesy” You said with a laugh,
“I know but that how I feel.”He said chuckling. He unwrapped his hands from around you and grabbed your hand. “I have something for you.”
“What is it?”
“You’ll see be patient” He said while leading you up the stairs and into the bedroom you now both shared. He sat you down on the bed and went over to one of the nearby dressers retrieving an envelope from inside. Once he grabbed it he walked over to the bed and sat next to you.
“Open it” he said while handing you the blank envelope. You didn’t expect to find what was inside. Apparently it was a document stating he had opened a Grow up plan with Gerber Life Insurance.
“I don’t understand. Where are expecting a child.” You said confused
“I know but this is my way of showing you my commitment. My forever. I didn’t know what else to do so I kind of thought ahead. I know for sure I want to have a child with you if not more. And I want to be with you until that child grows up and no longer needs us. I want to be with you until the very end and in a way this is my way of showing you.” You smile and leaned over to hug him with tears in your eyes.
“This was definitely outside of the box but this is one of the best gifts you could have ever given me.”
“Its not only a gift of my heart. But a gift of my promise to you….Forever.”

When You Beat Him in A Video Game {Optional Bias}
“Ok Oppa I hope you are ready for a beatdown because that is exactly what you are going to get!” You said your excitement going through the roof.
“Jagiyah you have never played this game before so there is no way you are going to beat me.”
“We will see about that.” You replied with a smirk. Lately you noticed your boyfriend was always playing a new monster game that was recently released. It was no secret that he was good, but you were even better. One of your close friends happened to be a big time gamer so you got her to teach you not only how to play but little cheats here and there that will slam him into the ground.
You usually didn’t care much for video games but you felt the need to show him how good you were.
One late evening you challenged him to play against you and he quickly agreed to play. It was a game where each person would have to go through town and kill as many monsters as they could. As the first round started you did not want to unleash too much of your skills so you took it easy. Needless to say he was a bit shocked by the fact that you were not completely incompetent in the game. The next round you unleashed your fury. You won and he lost by a long shot. In between the second and third round he paused the game and looked over to you, resting the game controller on the ground.
“Jagiyah, what’s going on here?”
“What do you mean?” You said looking up at him innocently.
“How are you so good at this game?”
“I’m not really sure.. I guess I just have natural talent.” You said lies pouring from your mouth. ____ then picked up his game controller and switched off the game.
“I don’t feel like playing anymore.” He said as he turned off the TV. For a couple seconds you sat there in shock. Was he mad that he lost?
He got up and walked to the bathroom leaving up in thought in the livingroom. He was being a sore loser.
“Oppa are you made that I won?” you yelled from the livingroom while putting things away. When the thought registered in your mind you started laughing. He was in the bathroom brushing his teeth and he heard you laughing from in the living room which only increased his annoyance at you.
You got up and went to the bedroom you both shared while still laughing. You found him in the process of changing his clothes with his back facing you. He pulled off his T-shirt and you stopped laughing. Your eyes were stuck on the firm muscles and abs that were presented in front of you. He then turned around and faced you.
“No I’m not mad just annoyed at the whole situation. Are you going to stand there all day and stare at me?” He said with a smirk. You barely understood what he said but got the gist of it. You nodded no and went to go and change your clothes. When you were done getting ready for bed you joined _____ in the land of pillows and snuggled next to him and he wrapped his arms around you.
“You know for your first time playing that game you were pretty good.” He said quietly.
“Like I said, its natural talent.” You whispered and drifted off to sleep.

“Tonight we are going to have an all nighter. Its going to be you and me no backing down.” You said enthusiastically as you poured the popcorn from the bag into a bowl. You walked into the living room and sat down next to him on the ground with your back pressed against the couch. You and your special man were planning to watch movies all night, play videos, and basically just have fun.
“What movie do you want to watch first?” he said as you placed the bowl of popcorn in his lap. You grabbed a few pieces and flung them in your mouth.
“Doesn’t matter to me whatever you want.” You replied while crunching on your snack, a few pieces flying out of your mouth.
“You know talking with your mouth full isnt very lady like.” He said and threw a disgusted glance in your direction. Just to annoy him you popped a few more kernels into your mouth and chewed with you mouth open as close as you could to his face. A few pieces landed on his face and you tried to hold in your laughter but you couldn’t.
“Thats gross and it’s not funny.” He said while he wiped his face with his hands. “Seriously, that’s nasty.” He gave you an annoyed look and crawled to the cabinet where all your DVD’s were stored.
“How about we watch transformers?!” He said while pulling out the DVD.
“Which one?” You said even though you were not in the mood to watch transformers, AGAIN.
“Well since we are staying up all night, I suggest all three! One right after another.”
“Oppa I don’t want to watch transformers” You said whiningly flailing your arms around.
“Fine you pick the movie” He said disappointedly. You said a little cheer and crawled over to where all the DVD’s were displayed. You picked out your favorite movie and placed it inside the DVD tray. When it started playing the both of you returned to where you were previously sitting with your backs against the couch. ____’s arm was wrapped around you and you placed your head on his shoulder.
As the previews played you couldn’t help but feel a little bit tired. You had jogged in the park for a couple of hours earlier and you were starting to feel the effects. You pushed the thought to the back of your head and continued watching the screen. Half-way though the movie you let out a yawn and felt your eyes becoming heavy. You were not aware but _____ was observing you and could tell that you were going to knock out soon.
“You’re not falling asleep are you?” He said looking down at you.
“Of course not! I’m staying awake all night and I am enjoying the movie.” You said and pulling your head up and away from his shoulder. As soon as you did so you felt the heavy weight of your head and it was hard to keep up.
“Okay…” He said but was not convinced. 30 minutes remaining in the movie and your eyelids were aching to be closed. You decided that closing your eyes for one second wasn’t going to do any harm. You placed you head back onto his shoulder and decided that closing your eyes for one minute wouldn’t do any harm.

As the credits rolled by your boyfriend let out a sigh.
“That was a good movie but I think transformers would have been better. Any thoughts?” ____ said and looked down at you. As he saw the state you were in he let out a laugh.
“It was your idea to stay up all night and you couldn’t even last one movie. And your drooling on me…great.” You were in a deep sleep and couldn’t hear a single word he said. He carefully removed you from his shoulder and snaked an arm under you so that he could lift you up. He carried you into the bedroom that you shared and placed you on the bed and pulled the covers over you.
“I guess this is payback for that one time I feel asleep on you huh?”

“Oppa let’s go to the park and have a picnic!” you said entering your apartment with a bag filled with groceries.
“What…..huh….MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!” he yelled from the living room highly engrossed with his video game. You sighed lightly and went to the kitchen to put away the groceries.
“I brought fresh fruit and stuff to make sandwiches!” you yelled from the kitchen. “Doesn’t a romantic picnic sound nice?”
“Yea sure…Jagi I really have to finish this….AJUMMA UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO GET HIT MOVE OUT THE WAY!” he yelled at the tv. Your level of annoyance towards him was slowing increasing.
“So, I request a day off from work to hang out with you and you treat me like im bothering you? I guess you forgot but, you were the one who kept complaining about us not spending much time together.” Once everything was nicely put away you walked into the living room and stood in front of the tv.
“Jagiya I can’t see~” he said whiningly trying to look around you. You had a medium sized flat screen so your body barely covered much of the screen. When he tried to look at the left side of the screen you stood in front of it and when he tried to look at the right side of the screen you moved in front of the right side.
“When I said we don’t spend enough time together I didn’t mean like on dates and stuff I meant…you know…in the bedroom.”
“What are you talking abou-” Realization finally hit you and you blushed slightly remembering the things that would take place in the bedroom you shared. You moved away from in front of the t.v. and walked away from in front of the t.v. and walked around to the back of the couch. You leaned in so that your lips were right by his left ear.
“If you don’t get off of this videogame and go to park with me you can forget about spending anything with me in the bedroom any time soon.” You whispered into his ear. He quickly turned off the t.v. and the video game and turned his attention to you.
“Do you need any help preparing anything?” He said jumping up from the couch. You smirked at his reaction.
“Yes I do actually.” You walked into the kitchen and _____ followed close behind you.
The next hour and a half was spent preparing food for your picnic while you were chopping fruit and vegetables your man was folding blankets and packing drinks.
As soon as everything was packed and ready you left your apartment and walked hand in hand to the park. ____ had the food and drinks in a picnic basket and you had the blankets in backpack across your back. You found a nice spot by the river and settled there.
You took off your backpack , took out the blankets on the ground and began to set up. right as you were about to pull out the food your phone went off in your pocket.
“Hello?”
“_____-ah its me YoonHee!”
“Oh! YoonHee-ah what’s up?”
“Oh nothing much I’m just in the park with Una and I saw someone that look just like you.” ____ was quietly unpacking the food and didn’t notice your cell.
“Um, actually that was me.”
“Una I told you it was her! We are going to turn around and come see you.”
“No its ok! Don’t worry about it I-”
“Nonsense I will see you in a few minutes ok? Bye!” you hung up the phone and sighed heavily, ____ was not going to like this.
You went over to where ____ was, and knelt down next to him and hugged him from behind.
“Jagiya your not going to help me?”
“My friend are coming” you mumbled into his back.
“What did you say, speak up.”
“My friend are coming.” You said loud enough for him to hear. You felt him tense up in your arms and he removed your arms from around his waist.
“Jagiya I thought we were going to be alone.”
“I know but my friends saw me and are on their way here.” You said apologetically.
“You dragged me here for no reason then.” He said turning around and facing you.
“Dragged you? I didn’t drag you anywher-”
“Hi!” YoonHee yelled walking towards you.
“Hi guys” you said smugly to your friends getting up and arranging your clothes.
“Who is this?” Una said referring to your boyfriend.
“This is my boyfriend” you said and ___ was shaking their hands.
“Have we met somewhere before?” Una said taking a closer look at his face.
“Nope I doubt it! Why don’t we sit down” You said stepping in between them trying to avert attention away from him. In the process of trying to keep their attention off of him you only talked to your girlfriends. Whenever ___ tried to get into the conversation you steered it into the other direction.
After 25 minutes of trying to be included he just gave up.
“Why would she drag me here if we weren’t going to spend time together. This is why wanted to stay at home.” he mumbled under his breath.
“I’m going for a walk” he said an excused himself.
“Hmph! She isn’t even paying any attention to me.” As he walked he let his mind drift into which ever direction it wanted. At time he would think of the nature around, work, and you. He didn’t even notice that 3 hours had passed when he returned to the spot you were at to find you sitting on the ground with everything put away.
“You’re back?” You said when you noticed him.
“Yea.” he said smugly and sitting next to you.
“Are you ok?”
“To be honest, no. I tried hanging out with you today and you totally ignored me.” He said and look out towards the water. You then placed you head on his shoulder.
“Oppa, I didn’t want my friends to be noisy and try to find out who you were. I really did want to spend time with you though.” you said snuggling closer to him.
“I have to go to practice in an hour so why don’t we just enjoy this time together.” He said and placed his head on top of yours and wrapping an arm around your shoulder pulling you closer to him.
“I’d like that.” You said with a smile. The rest of the evening was spent with the man you loved in front of the river with the wind blowing softly. Nothing felt better than being there in that moment with him.

“Guys, listen up!” the manager said as he walked into the practice room. ______ and the others were midway through rehearsal when the manager came in.
“The recording that was supposed to be going on later tonight is cancelled.”
“Why?”
“Something about the broadcasting conflicts.” he said with a shrug. “Anyway, I’ll give you guys a break. You can go home now.” he said and walked out the room. _____ was excited to hear that he would have the night off. He quickly got his this together and threw on a hoodie. Another member saw that he was in a hurry and was confused.
“______, why are you in a rush? You don’t want to go out for dinner or hang out with us?”
“I really want to go home and be with my girlfriend. I’ll see you guys tomorrow!” he said and ran out the practice room and exited the building.
It was pretty chilly outside and on the walk home all he could think about was seeing your face. He clenched his sweater closer to his body and walked as fast as he could. When he finally got to your apartment building he let out a sigh of relief. He was inside and warm and you were only a few seconds away. “I think I’m going to go.” Hyun Shik said and got up from the couch.

“Um, no your not.” You heard ___ say from the living room. Hyun Shik had already walked out the door and down the hallway before you could even leave your apartment.

You job was currently undergoing changes to the management and this left you very stressed. Your previous boss was strict but easy to work for. When the company let her go you weren’t sure how the future looked for you and your job position. When the new boss was announced you almost fell over on your face. Your new boss would be the extremely annoying Park Jieun. She never liked you and she made that apparent every time she got the chance. She would purposefully assign you the hardest projects even though you had previous assignments to deal with and other employees had none.
To help make you feel better your special man wanted to do something nice for you because he noticed you were not eating as well as you usually would and you were increasingly stressed. After a long time debating what he should do he decided that he would make you dinner. He figured a nice home cooked meal was what you needed.
One day while you were unaware he woke up early in the morning and made his way to the grocery store. You figured he went to practice when you didn’t see him next to you in the morning and thought nothing of it and went to work.
When he arrived he walked aisle by aisle in search of all the things he needed to make you dinner. His insides were about to burst from excitement and anticipation. The surprised and happy look after seeing his work was all he wanted to see.
After he collected all the supplies he needed he went to the cashier. Since nobody was in line he was able to go to the front right away.
“Oh! Young man why do you have so much food? Your mother doesn’t feed you at home?” An older behind the register said.

“Well then, why do you have so much food?” She asked while scanning his ingredients.
“Its for my girlfriend. She has been really stressed with lately so I decided I wanted to make her dinner.” He replied as the elderly woman finished packing the ingredients into plastic bags.
“That’s so nice! You know if it doesn’t work out with your girlfriend, I have a lovely granddaughter around your age and cooks very well.” The elderly woman said with a bright smile.
“Haha! I’ll keep that in mind.” He said in order to entertain the woman. He quickly paid, grabbed the things and left the grocery store.
He briskly walked two blocks to your apartment building and ran up the stairs. WHen he got inside he immediately ran to the kitchen and got to work.
On the menu was roast beef, vegetables and mashed potatoes. In reality he had no idea how to make anything besides ramen, but with the help of the internet anything was possible.
Six hours later your work shift was over. You packed up your things and made your way home. When you got home the first thing you noticed was the smell of smoke. You quickly dropped your things and dashed for the kitchen out of instinct. When you entered you found _____ standing there with food scattered all over the place and him with a towel trying to get rid of smoke.
“____! What’s going on here? Why is the kitchen in a mess and what’s burning?!”
“I was trying to make you a home cooked meal since you haven’t been eating very well lately.” He said quickly and pulled a pan out of the oven filled with a dark lump of burnt food. More smoke came out of the oven and you were coughing heavily. You rushed over to the nearest window and opened it while sticking your head outside, breathing in fresh air. When the smoke dissipated into the air you turned around to find ____ looking sadly at all the burnt food.
“Oppa, this was really considerate of you. Even though the food burnt, thank you.” you said walking over to him and wrapping your arms around his neck. He pulled you closer to him and put his hands of your hips.
“I really wanted to do something nice for you.” He said with a sigh.
“I know and I’m really touched. How about next time you just order food instead of cooking.?”
“I guess that would be a better idea.” He said smiling down at you.
“Now that that’s settled can we order a pizza? I’m really hungry” You said laughing.
“OK, I’ll go and do it. You go and relax.” He said letting go of you and grabbing his phone.

As of late your boyfriend was not showing you as much attention as he normally would. Whenever he was home he would spend his time playing video games. Every time you would try to make conversation, he would either give you one word answers or half-hearted answers. His daily phone calls to see how you were doing became less and less and seem like it was forced. Eventually the phone calls stopped altogether. Whenever you would call home he would just tell you he was busy and then hang up the phone.
He no longer told you he loved you, hugged you, or kissed you. Living with him felt more like living with a roommate rather than a lover. The lack of love and romance pushed you into the arms of another man which happened to be your ex-boyfriend Hyun Shik.
“Everything is fine. Its not like he is here right now.” you said as you grabbed his hand and walked down the dark hallway into your living room. You realised his hand and walked over to a small lamp and turned it on. Hyun Shik was still standing awkwardly in the living room doorway looking around refusing to meet your eyes.
You walked towards him and stood in front of him examine his face. You could tell that he was nervous and was concerned about the possibility of being caught.
“He is working late tonight and is staying at a friends house. We won’t get caught.” You said wrapping your arms around his neck. Lies were pouring from your mouth. The truth was that your boyfriend had late practice and a recording to go to so he would not be coming home until the next day. Hyun Shik didn’t need to know, so he wasn’t told.
“Alright then, I haven’t seen you for a long time. I missed you.” He said wrapping his hands around your waist and leaving light kisses on your neck.
“I’ve missed you too.” you whispered as his light kisses progressed into sucking on your neck. He moved his hands under your thighs and wrapped your legs around his torso as he walked over to the couch. When he sat down you were straddling him with both of your legs on either side of his thighs. He brought his lips up to yours and kissed you hungrily. He bit down on the bottom of your lip and pushed his tongue into your mouth.
Your tongues were fighting for dominance when you bunched his shirt in your fists and roughly pulled it over his head when your lips disconnected.
“I think we should slow down.” you said breathing heavily.
“No I think we should keep going.” He said and reconnected your lips in a heated kiss. You let your hands travel all over his torso feeling his wonderfully defined abs under your fingertips.
He then impatiently pulled your jacket off of you and pulled your shirt off shortly after. He kissed all over your newly exposed skin. Your hands found his hair and tugged on it while he kissed your shoulder. He slowly moved his hands all over your back and placed his head on the crook of your sholder while tying to unclasp your bra.
Suddenly he roughly pushed you off of his lap onto the couch.
“What’s wrong?!” you yelled in surprise starting at his face. You slowly moved your head to the direction Hyun Shik was looking to see your boyfriend standing in the living room doorway with anger and sadness splashed across his face.

Confession

“Must keep awake, must keep awake, must keep awake.” you chanted in your head over and over. You were at your best friends _____’s house, the two of you were just relaxing at his home when you suddenly became very tired. He was in his bedroom doing something else so you decided to rest your head down in the couch.
After a couple of minutes you heard him enter the room and take a seat in another chair. You were going to speak but stopped when you heard him start to talk.
“We were supposed to be hanging out tonight and you’re here sleeping.” You heard him say with a soft chuckle. You have slept over his house before so you were in no rush to wake up just to hang out with him. You then heard him get up from his seat and started to walk over to where you were. You then felt his hand on the side of your face caressing you gently.
What on earth is he doing?! This is definitely not friendship behavior.
“You know I love you right.” he said gently.
What?!
“I always wanted to tell you but could never form the words.”
You trying your hardest to continue to be pretend you were asleep but it was hard. At this point you were completely awake even though you kept your eyes closed.
“Now here you are on my couch sleeping like an angel and all I can do is confess to you while you are asleep.” he said and got up slowly and walked away.
You couldn’t believe what just happened. The person you had been in love with for the longest while loved you too. You were about to get up when you heard him walk back into the room and returned to your side.
“I know this is lame but I am going to pretend you’re awake. Will you be my girlfriend?” He said sweetly. Without thinking twice yo shot up and got into a sitting position.
“Yes.” You said looking him straight into the eye.
“ I would love to be your girlfriend.”
He yelped out shock and took a few seconds to catch his breathe.
“You heard me?!” he said surprised.
“I heard everything you said. I have been in love with you too for the longest time.” you said as he looked at you with disbelief.
“Why haven’t you said anything?”
“I was too shy and it would ruin our friendship.” you said looking down at the ground.
“Thats the same reason I didn’t say anything.” He said with a light laugh and sitting next to you on the couch.
“So what now?” you asked looking up at him.
“I don’t really know. All I know is that life would be a lot better… now that I have you.” He said pulling you close to him and placing a sweet kiss on your forehead.

“What is there to do on the internet nowadays?”
That’s what you said an hour before you found fanfiction on your computer. The writing was liek a gift from God. The male leads were perfect and did everything you would ever want a man to do for you plus, they were good looking korean guys.
You were on your laptop in the living room reading the wonderful stories online. In some the males were vampires or other mythical creatures. You were in love with the stories. After 3 hours it was clear that fanfics would be apart of your life.
After you finished yet another fanfic you stumbled across one staring your boyfriend and out of curiosity you clicked on it. This one was about a female being a trainee at your boyfriends company and how she eventually debuted. She and ____ became very close friends. The girl soon developed feelings for him and confessed to him. He too had feelings for her and they became a couple.
The whole story was awkward for you to read. You would never want to think of your man being with another woman besides yourself but, the fanfic was so well written you couldn’t help but continue.
A few chapters later the female lead had debuted. She was currently at _____’s house celebrating her debut. The fanfic became increasingly awkward again after they both confessed their love for each other and started making out. At that point the fanfic heated up as they made their way to the bedroom.
At that point not only was it awkward but strange. The characters were making love and one of them was your boyfriend. Your cheeks grew hot as you continue reading.
The steamy part was almost done when your boyfriend walked through the door. You didn’t want him to know what you were doing so you quickly closed the laptop and moved away from it.
“Hey jagiya, what are you up to?” he asked after taking off his shoes.
“Nothing much, just sitting here.” you said while fiddling with your fingers.
“Just sitting there? You haven’t done anything all day?” He asked, looking at you questioningly.
“I just woke up. I was really tired.”you said as you faked a yawn.
He walked towards your bedroom and you got up and followed suit. You sat on the bed and watched him as he undressed and changed his clothes.
“Jagiya, I’m really hungry, can you make me something to eat?”
“I’m kind of tired can you just grab something from the kitchen?” You said suddenly tired. You crawled toward your pillow and rested your head on it.
“I thought you just woke up. Whatever, fine.” he said sounding disappointed. A few minutes you heard him call you.
“Jagiya, what is this?” he asked as he held up your laptop with the fanfic on display. You cursed in your head and did a mental facepalm for not closing the window.
“Um…..well…that is a story that a fan wrote.”
“And your reading it? You know this is about me making love to another girl.”
“I know but it was so interesting that I kept reading.”
“You really liked it?” he asked giving you a strange look.
“Mhm.” You replied while nodding your head. He then placed the laptop on your bedside table and climbed on top of you with a look of lust in his eyes.
“You know jagiya, I can show you that reality is way better than fiction.” he said and captured your lips with his in a passionate kiss.
